  • Jeffrey Thorpe – President, Canadian Operations

Mr. Jeffrey Thorpe has been named President of Canadian Operations and will be responsible for overseeing AutoCanada’s strategies and day-to-day operations in Canada and driving the continued growth, synergies and efficiencies of the Company. Mr. Thorpe will report directly to paul antonyCEO of AutoCanada.

Jeff is a proven leader in the automotive retail industry with over 24 years of experience at AutoNation, the largest automotive retailer in North America. He most recently served as Market President at AutoNation and was responsible for operations in several US markets and provided direct leadership over auto dealership operations in Colorado, Minnesota, chicago, cleveland, Northern California Y The Angels. Throughout his career, Jeff has held positions of increasing authority and responsibility, including Business Development Manager, New Vehicle Sales Manager, New Car Director, General Sales Manager, General Manager and Market President. . Mr. brian feldmann has been appointed Senior Vice President of Canadian Operations and Disruptive Technologies and will report directly to Jeff. Brian has a unique and proven track record of success during his 20+ years in the automotive industry. During his tenure at AutoNation, Brian held various retail, strategic and operational leadership positions, most recently serving as National Market Brand President. Prior to this, Brian held various senior director roles at AutoNation with responsibility for national sales processes, new vehicle pricing and inventory, operations strategy, and sales systems. In addition, Brian spent extensive time in auto retail with various brands, holding almost every position from service consultant to general manager. His combination of retail, corporate and manufacturing experience allowed him to develop subject matter expertise and revolutionize sales, marketing, training and business development practices on a scale larger than can be found in the Canadian market.

Mr. Lee Witick has been appointed Senior Vice President of Operations and OEM Relations and will also report directly to Jeff. Lee has over 33 years of experience in the automotive industry and has spent the last 15 years with the Humberview Group in Toronto, Ont., where he most recently served as managing partner at Applewood Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC and Mississauga Kia. In addition to his role at dealerships, he assisted the Humberview Group with senior leadership development, customer experience, the group rewards referral program, and group marketing. Lee and the Applewood Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC team grew the dealership to become one of Canada high performance dealers. Throughout her extensive career, she has successfully driven company growth and profitability through thought leadership and strategic direction in the automotive and insurance industries. She previously held executive positions with insurance companies and served on the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation Board, retiring as past President of the Foundation in 2019. Rhonda currently serves on the Markham Stouffville Hospital Board and chairs the Committee on Quality and Safety.
